My mom is kind of a health freak. She and my stepdad use this stuff and for years have tried to get me and my husband to use it. I never would though because of the look of this stuff and the taste (I did try it -once).
Well, for the past few months I haven't been feeling myself -low energy, feeling tired ALL the time, just not at my best at all. So, I decided to do something about it and called my mom. :)
I am now using Dr. Schulze's Superfood Plus (I bought mine from herbdoc.com), a daily magnesium supplement (Calm Naturals), Nordic Naturals Omega-3D (fish oil with vitamin D; btw according to my mom nordic naturals is THE best brand for fish oil), a CoQ10 supplement, and Wellness Herbal Resistance Liquid for whenever I feel a cold coming on, and I feel GREAT. :)
I can really feel a difference -like I did in college when I worked out all the time. My next step really is to start working out consistently again, but for now, all of these supplements really are giving my body what it needs to be healthy and perform at its best again.
The only review I'm taking the time to write is for the Superfood Plus because it's what I feel is making the most difference. (Second, would be the Natural Calm Magnesium supplement, which I highly recommend, especially if you have trouble sleeping or were diagnosed ADHD as a child, like I was). I can concentrate better, think better, focus for longer periods of time, have way more energy, and just generally FEEL great. The reason I say this stuff is making the most difference is because I know when it hits me, I can literally feel it working right after I drink it. I feel like I can run a marathon after taking this stuff.
My ONLY problem with it is the taste is not very good. My mom still claims it tastes "good" but to me it's definitely not good. What I normally do is put it in a blender with some pulp free orange juice, a little bit of minute maid fruit punch, and a banana OR just stir it up with the juices... Once this jar is gone however I'm going to order the tablets (they don't sell those on amazon, you have to order them from Dr. Schulze's website). The taste is just something I don't want to have to deal with, so for me it's worth it to pay a few dollars more to get the tablets.
Anyway, I highly recommend this stuff, it is awesome! Once you feel what it can do for your body and your mind you will never go back to taking drugstore/grocery store vitamins again (which never did anything for me -I never felt anything like I do now with the superfood).
I also recommend if you're feeling the way I did also adding on the magnesium, coq10, and omega-3 fish oil (get the one with vitamin D in it if you don't spend enough time outside) to your diet as well. (I ordered most of it from vitago.com). Yes, you do have to spend some money on it, but most of it is pretty reasonably priced, and it really makes a big difference. Also, getting into a routine taking everything at certain times hasn't been all that difficult for me... and for me it was really worth it.
So, if you've heard about Superfood Plus and are thinking about it, definitely go for it! It really improves your whole life in so many ways! Just prepare yourself that it's not going to taste like a smoothie (again, it kind of tastes like grass) or get the tablets instead (a few dollars more) on the original website. Good luck!

First, let me state that I really enjoy Superfood Plus. My problem is with this apparent marketing scam. I went to Amazon because the price was $6 less per 14 oz bottle than on Dr. Schulze's official website. What a deal! My curiosity was aroused after noticing that the Amazon product was shipped from American Botanical Pharmacy - Dr. Schulze's business. The ABP through Amazon charged nearly $35 shipping and handling. I then went to the Schulze site to compare prices and discovered that Schulze charged less than $10 s&h for the same order. Total savings? Twenty-one bucks.
Their advertising on Amazon appears that they're offering a real deal, but they're not.

This product is awesome. Ignore the 1-star review. That individual must have had trouble with shipment which has no bearing on the product. The product is worth every penny as it does what it say and boosts immunity and helps the natural immunity system fight illness. My only caution is for those taking blood thinners as there may be an intereaction between the Vit. K in the product from the greens and the thinners. Otherwise, taking this supplement is the way to go to aide recovery and also strengthen your immunity to ward off sickness. Signed A Dietitian
